Hi Matt,

I'm thinking about picking up a VSX23 elite from the vendor you listed and I wanted to ask you a few questions before I place the order:

1) Was the unit new or factory refurbished? Does it come with a warranty?
2) Is the seller an authorized retailer as far as Pioneer warranty is concerned?

I live outside their 250 mi radius policy but the price is really good so I'm hoping to work something out with them if everything is new and working well. Thanks,
