Thanks Dave. I had nothing until Friday night. Took an offer of $200 less but that was expected. I googled the address looking for a phone number for shipping and what a nice shack. 5 acres in the mountains by Scotts Flat lake, sold for $475K 10/2012. I'm gonna ask for that $200 back.
