  1. Mark,

The speakers have the normal scratches for an older used speaker. They are very presentable. There are no hunks out of them and the grilles are in nice shape. The Technics are in the same condition. My phone number is 570 877-5386. I remember going up to see the Corning glass museum when I was a kid. It wasn't a bad trip. We have been lucky so far with the weather. I think you would be able to fit all of the speakers in a pick up or SUV.

    Jim,
I found where you are and its is not terrible to travel from me to you. I want the speakers,as lomg as the cabinets are decent, I reallize they are older so scratches are no big deal. I just don't like hunks out of them. I am not sure how I can fit them all in my truck. I gotta figure something out to protect them.
    Got any muscle cars?
    my email is : mpowley@stny.rr.com
I'll send you my number and get your address to figure something out.

    Hi,
I am interested in the Sony and Technics speakers. I just registered looking for Polk equipment but the M7's are suppose to be good. Are the speakers 4 or 8 ohms?

Thanks, but I have to back down. I talked to the wife and she made me realize I don't need one more. I have one like it already and I really like it. The sound is very good. If you think of it as too bright it is because your speakers are too bright. You should try to auction it on ebay right now with starting price $50 or $100 because I think any starting price is just one cent until Friday. What I'm saying is that CD player is excellent, probably much better than the one you currently use. Didn't you notice the level of detail and dynamics in the sound? If you do ship it to someone, roll toilet tissue or newspaper around the body and then wrap around tape in addition, firmly, to make the CD tray not fly open during shipping, because that will tear apart the cog wheels inside. It has a $500 sound.
  7. If you want to send me $50.00 for the CD player including shipping that would be fine. I would be happy to send it UPS. Not a problem. If you want it, let me know. My address is Jim Simoncelli 119 Maple St. Jessup Pa. 18434. Thanks.

Hi again. About the Sharp DX R750, if I paid you $30 for shipping would you go to FedEx or UPS instead of the USPS? I think insurance is included in their shipping. It would cost about $22. Put the $8 in your gas tank.

Hi. The Sharp DX R750 CD player, did your mother say she never used it? On a scale 1-10, 10 being new in box, what is the external condition of the CD player? How much do you want to ship it to Florida? What is your return policy?
  10. Quality 321 I would use the presence speaker option because it adds depth to your mains. If you don't like it you can simply disconnect the speakers in the back of the unit. I would try it to see if you like it. It is a great feature.

To answer neighbors question, you can run the NAD amp and pre amp and it should be o.k. but I would keep my eyes open for a 200 watt amp. My original SRS speakers completely sounded incredible when I teamed them up with a Yamaha MX 1000 plus added the RDO 194 tweets. The Yamaha amp is a beast. They also work well with Luxman M-117 amps. Good luck tomorrow.
