I have a new receiver the Pioneer 1120 and when I'm running the auto setup it wants to know if I have THX speakers. So if I tell it yes I do and I have RTi speaker will it adversely affect my speakers or their sound?
My speakers are RTi8, FXi3, CSi5, and HSU VTF-1
i just picked up the 1120 as well and was wondering also....
NO, the THX setting is fine.
It just sets the crossover to 80, and sends all 80hz and below to the sub...
it's nothing special.
That was kind of what I was expecting. So it's probably the way to set up just about any HT speakers unless your sub is lacking and your main speakers produce bass real nicely.Quote:
