Are the r50s discontinued?

Are the R50s being phased out?

If so, what is the replacement product and how do they differ?

Obviously, I have R50s, but being a properly conditioned north american consumer I can never really be happy with what I have just the latest and greatest. but that's a different thread!

I am actually quite happy with the r50s. I figure if I went bookshelf speakers I'd need stands anyways, so might as well use the floor space for full size speakes. Not sure that is correct, it's just my thought process!
