Hook up Sub to amp

I uploaded two photos to show the sub. Trying to hook up this sub to a Onyko Intergra DTR 6.3 receiver. I think I need a amp to do this but want to make sure. Thanks. The sub only has a connection for a positive and neg. wire connection on the back. One pair. Any help greatly appreciated. Jerry

How big a amp do you suggest, wattage wise? By the way, great verse, I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

look up the specs on the sub and you will know what size amp is suggested i would say 100-200 watts would bee good. Also keep in mind that the jl is a car audio sub and is a 4ohm speaker (possibly 3ohm they did some for a bit). Again look up the specs on it. you'll want to make sure that you have that sub crossed over too. either use the lfe filter in the receiver if it has one or get a sub amp that has one built in. just make sure you have a crossover on it. depending on your setup i would at least make sure it is 80hz or lower, i find 80hz tends to be a little boomy personally, it all depends on your setup.
