360 surround speaker
Recently there has been static/noise coming from my 360 surround speaker. When on, sound from DVD still comes through it but static continues. The first time or so it would stop after 15-20 sec or after I would change the source and come back to the DVD. Its coming from the right side. Any thoughts, help or advice?
Thanks for posting on Polk's forum. Since the SurroundBar 360 is an integrated unit, with source, amplifier and speakers combined it is difficult to isolate one section from the other to determine which is the cause of the problem. In all likelihood the complete system would have to be examined by Polk's service center. I recommend giving Polk CS a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send them an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. I'm sure they can help you solve the problem.
