Went to goodwill again today and came out with another score !!! got a pair of bose 6.2 stereo everywhere speakers today for $12.00 bucks in fantastic shape god i am loving goodwill !!!!!
my Onkyo p-301 had 2 lonely phono inputs that needed to be filled. I went to my Goodwill store and got a Denon dp11f
direct drive quartz lock tt. With it came a Grado cart w/ a stylus that is fine shape. The tt was $16 and then I needed some
albums to test the thing out on.Rumors, The Doors Live, Frampton Comes Alive, A Compelation of 70 rockers to many to name and
the Young bloods album Rock Festival which I'm on the back cover so it has more sentamental value than the music itself. The
only compaint about this tt is that is has no lift cue arms like the Duals and others but I was not going to pay $200 for the
Dual 271 that he wanted. The cartridge is kind of a pink color so if anyone knows the model and any info on would be appreciated.
I never thought to even check out goodwill. I've been scanning this thread and some of the deals you guys have found are crazy..
The only things GW has around here are threadbare jeans and stained couches.
The other day they had a pair of Polk Audio R50 they were in really good shape, but they wanted 34.99 a piece and also they were in the light brown color I had to pass.
Say, what happened to that guy from Idaho (or Utah?) [Onebadchad], who had picked up (literally) a boat load of vintage gear and starting to sell it on this site? Haven't seen the badchad in a while! Miss all the "ridiculous" bargains he used to pull out of his hat!

That's a good question... he came on stong at first... but he's not a bad guy. I bought a very cute little PP 6BM8 receiver from him at a good price; it was well packed and promptly shipped. Shortly afterwards, he pretty much disappeared from here.
This is true I think he even showed off his garage and it was packed not quite to make the Hoarder Show but pretty close. This dude did/does have a lot of gear.
I am yet to find anything great audio wise at Goodwill, but you have inspired me to keep looking!
Goodwill and others like them local never have any audio stuff here in DFW.
Right after Christmas there were some good things to be found at Good Will. I snagged a few speakers. Since then it has been dry.
nice finds there...
Well lest keep adding. This is one of today finds. B&K AVP3090 for 14.99 no remote but at least it turns on. More testing tonight.
Cheers
