Hi:
I have a CSI3 center and due to space requirements I have to have it in front of the tv on the floor. I want to get a 12" stand to bring it up off the floor, however. When I do, should I keep it inverted so that the speaker is still angled up or should I flip it so that it is flat on the stand? The viewing position is about 12' from the tv - straight in front.

I used a laser pointer to aim all of my speakers. You should aim it at your ear level in the primary listining position.
I'd vote for upside down.
Dito fireshoes...with it still pretty low you most likely want it aimed up.

I did the same thing, made setting up the speakers MUCH easier. Using a scale, I could set up my speakers relative to the listening position to within an eighth of an inch.Quote:

Yea line it up with the tweeter.
