Gonna have to pick up that Arc Angels. Never heard it. Big fan of Charlie Sexton. He produced Lucinda Williams' Essence, which I think is her best album. Thanks for the info and post. Funny somebody should mention Joan Baez, just last night I was playing Clinch Mountain Sweethearts, a collection of bluegrass stuff by Ralph Stanley and a whole bunch of guest chicks. I was listening to one song and couldn't place the singer, I looked and it was Joan Baez, singing with a real good bluegrass voice. I couldn't believe it. First time I actually liked her stuff.
Outkast...Stankonia (One of my favorites from back in the day!)
Lucinda is very good..saw her Carwheels On A Gravel Road show. Have been playing Archangels for a long time, since 93 or so.
