Happy Mother's Day everyone!!
I just got home from spending most of the afternoon with my dear Mother...
It is another chilly day here, so it's a perfect day to stay indoors once again, relaxing to some music and herbal tea (at least for now)...
Since getting laid off, I have not been purchasing much music... But today, I saw something that I just could not resist, so I pulled the trigger... As a huge Rolling Stones fan, I cannot wait to receive this package...
I hear ya on the relaxing day. Wife went to get a spa service and both boys are napping so I am having a few beers and listening to back to back albums by Wayne Shorter.
Nice day for some good jazz.
Herbie Hancock...Sextant (cd)

Good one Paul. Woman love the spa. Hey Rick , what did sweet mama cook ya good for lunch ? How many versions of Some Girls does that make ? Chilly here too.
Bob Dylan: New Morning.
LOL on Some Girls... Let's see how many versions I have:
1. The original vinyl
2. The 2005 "USA Collection" Virgin Records Release CD
3. The 2011 Remaster (2 disc deluxe edition) CD
4. The Blu-Ray disc of Some Girls Live in Texas '78
5. The 2 LP/DVD Set I just ordered
That's not too bad, there are other music and movie titles (Terminator 2 for example) that I've dipped more times than this...
I already have the Muddy Waters/Rolling Stones DVD, so I'll likely karma it soon. I purchased this set for the colored vinyl, I hope it sounds good...
