excellent cd from the best band no one has ever heard of..they are suppose to be releasing a new album this fall sometime followed by another tour in the States. I really wish they woudl get the recognition here that they deserve.
Yeah I love everything about Porc Tree Bill. They are just a great band. Not my favorite, but in my own top three.
Thanks for the heads up on the new CD coming out. I had no clue.

Nice one with the Wall Remastered. A couple of weeks ago I put it in on the Dynaco and loved it. I hadn't listened to it in such a long time I forgot just how great it is. I was hooked on the Is There Anybody Out There? Live 80-81 for a long time. :)
Right now I'm listening to Van Morrison - His Band and the Street Choir. Skipping through a few songs though.

I've been listening to alot of Drive By Trucker's lately. Decoration Day and Southern Rock Opera. If you happen to like "Southern Rock" these guys are the real deal. Whereas Skynyrd has turned into some kind of mutated tribute band, Patterson Hood and DBT deliver the goods, these fellas rock. Better yet they have something too say. That is what was so great about The original Skynyrd, Ronnie had something to say and he knew how to say it.
I think I'll go put "Second Helping" on now.
Later!
Ben Folds Five
