A. Hardly and off-topic post, 2ch or Speakers would fit nice (for future searches)
2. How cheap?
D. Why aren't YOU buying them?
Cheers,
Russ
I've heard them in his 2 channel but not mine. I may very well buy them after listening to and playing with them for awhile in my own environment. There are unfortunately only so many sets of speakers one can use.
I think he said around $1500 which is a very good price for them especially since I know they've been totally refurbed within the last two years.
PW,
I have yet to find a limitation on the use of speakers. When I run out of amps, I'm buying a speaker switcher...
Great set of speakers though! Nice find for the price!
How much power are you going to throw at them beasts?
20-30 tweeters per row aint it? I can just imagine....is that speaker harsh or what?
I think it's 23 ...
Actually my recollection is that they're extremely smooth in the top end.
I'll give it a go with an older pair of Krell 200w mono's I still have.
It's about space more than usage. I usually have no prob in the WAF department, but I'm headed towards getting a different large set of speakers a couple of weeks from now which if it happens then I'd probably either be selling the RTi12's, 6's, FXi5's & CSi5 or doing a mini HT setup in the guest bedroom and I still have my eyes out for a set of some flavor of SRS's to side by side with other things here.
