Caps and resistors

:( Could anybody tell me where can I get caps and resistors for Monitor5A.
I've tried several online partstores but haven't been able to find the ones I need.
Is it possible (or OK) to put ones with slightly higher values?

33uF 400V and piggyback a 1.0 400V = 34uf 400V 5%

The cheap stock electrolytic caps have a lower V rating, you want to upgrade.
