Not a newbie just maxed out on info!

Ok, I have been buying and upgrading my home theater until I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Although I know there's better speakers, for me this is an awesome setup.
Onkyo 705
Monitor 70 mains
CS2 center
OWM3 surrounds
Velodyne VRP1200
Velodyne VRP1000
Sony BDPS350

OK, my question is this. I don't know ANYTHING about power conditioners and the other stuff people have in their home theater systems. What is out there non-speaker and non-receiver wise that will improve or protect my system?
What am I missing by staying with my current setup? What would make the biggest improvement to it? Thanks for any info!

Proper speaker and subwoofer setup (placement and calibration), room acoustic treatment.

Eric, thanks for the reply. I have the proper calibration using the Audessy option on the Onkyo 705. My subs are placed behind my entertainment center in the corner. They are stacked one on the other.
The question I have is about the addition of power conditioners and the other equipment I see in peoples home theaters. You know, Like I have 1 receiver a bluray player, TV and speakers...and you see others with mega stacked equipment and I have no idea what the purpose is and will it help my system to add these?

A lot of people prefer to have separate pre-amp and amp. Then they have different sources depending on their taste. I don't know if your Monitor 70's would benefit from external amplification. They are 8 Ohms but with 4 woofers it may benefit from a separate amp.

A surge suppressor is a good investment to protect your equipment. The Belkin PureAV are supposed to be good. A lot of people also jump on Monster PowerCenters. Here is a deal I came across that seems OK but I don't know if it's worth the price:
