I think I am going to buy the following shelf:

I just need some info from any polkies out there that have this model.
Can I add as many shelves as i need?, I need 7 or 8 shelves and which do you like better the 3 or 4 leg version.

Keep in mind the depth of the shelves when considering the 3 leg or 4 leg versions. I bought the 3 leg version and found a few pieces of gear wouldn't fit all the way on the shelf due to the center support in the rear. I now have both the 3 & 4 leg versions. You can fill the tubes with shot or sand. Be very careful, the finish on the shelves scratch very easily.
BTW. You can add all the shelves you want in 7" & 9".
like the 4 legged especially if you are going to stack over 5 high..think the extra leg would give alot more support

I heard something about the 3 leg version that they reduce vibrations more, I don't understand it.
I really like the design of that shelf. I've been in the market for a similar shelf lately...I may end up going with that one actually. I'd go for the 4-legger myself though. Clearance issues could be a problem as was mentioned...plus I'd just feel safer having 4 legs securing it to the ground.

according to that site, either the 3 or 4 leg versions can (or should) only go to 6 shelves.
