So I took off my rti8 grill and found a wrench stuck to the magnetic silk dome tweeter while it was playing.
Cant believe this. Dome is now dimpled.
Will this ruin my tweeter?

I currently have a Sony DVD/CD player combo DVP-NS575P(worth now like 30 dollars), 2 Polk Rti8s,polk sub, and a Harman kardon HK3480 receiver.
If I were to hook all that up except the dvd/cd...

Wouldn't it be safer to run 6ohm speakers using an amps 4ohm setting?
If I were to use the 8ohm setting wouldnt the 6ohm speakers be overworking the amp?
