Wow, that pic brings back some memories. I had a 700 back in '72 or '73 maybe. It really had the "cool" factor going on.

I remember seeing ads for Empire in the audio magazines back in the day, but never saw any in person.
I downloaded and installed on Monday, couldn't pass on the $40 price. It will take some getting used to. I'm learning as I go, it's a big change for sure.

I'm not sure about Boost but Virgin Mobile uses Sprint's network so I assume the coverage is the same. It's also owned by Sprint. They own another one of the no contract companys, can't remember...
I went from Sprint to Virgin Mobile the 1st of this month. Their everything data plans are $35 for 300 minutes, $45 for 1200 minutes and $55 for unlimited minutes. All are unlimited text and data....

Thanks, really didn't want to use them. Didn't know how else to do that without screws showing on the top. I covered the back but left the center compartment partially open for the center channel.

Here's what I did. Made with 1"X10" ash. Very sturdy and doesn't look too bad. Think I spent less than $40 on it.
