I had great service with these folks. Sent speakers ASAP and double boxed
them! Boxed was sealed =all cards +parts.

Humm... DTS HD Looks good on paper. Anyone hear what Dolby or Lucas
might bring to the HD format?

Polk should include some info on "burn in" on these speaker as some found them rather not up to par in a few hours of use
and back they went . "Break in period" makes a huge diff. on these speakers....

Looking over most amp/processor combos you can get a nice
set-up for $600. DD/DTS many inputs and a fair amp to boot.

A stand alone Preamp/Processor [DD/DTS ect] are $1500-$2500.

Black crush-Blacks are more on the compressed side. Some find it to dark...make sure you consider a good return policy and give it a trial run on these units.;)

Video:Suffers from "black crush" on the DVI port. Well noted in other groups. Overall PQ is quite good on 1080I.

When hooking up DVI you MUST have the composite video also...

Have 2prs of the 7's. I found when they go past the breaking point it was a rather quick change. More depth and much better blending across 2 channels and 5.1.

high on gobs of cotton candy, sticky gummy bears/worms and super sized soda....

Was lucky enough to get the older Radio shack one with the neddle. I used the S+V test CD tones.
Well worth it...balanced my center very well with the L+R.

Thought it was pretty steep to pay $60...
