There is no code. You simply need to go through the training procedure for the surroundbar outlined in the user manual.

The Surround Bar 3000 must be given 2 channel (stereo) signal via PCM signal to operate.

What does this mean?

A: Some televisions/cable/sat boxes only carry Dolby digital signal...

Like Doro mentioned, these require LOTS of break in to fully loosen up.
