Right now I'm runing my good r300 on the channel where the other one was blowing the tweeter. So far so good, I'll keep trying it out today just to make sure.

Don't think so... I switched my good speaker to the same channel as the one with the bad tweeter and it's still playing correctly and the tweeter is still good. Doesn’t this speaker have capacitor...
