so you`ve done it one time more than me with the SDA`s.It only was a test,how far the SDAs can eat the absolutely clean power of the Accüphase.Normally clipping or speaker overload...

on the vu meter 0db is shown as 340 Watts at 4 ohm.one o`clock is going up to +3 db but only in the peaks.

no,no--the Accuphase E 405 doesn´t know,what distortion is,even not at highest power.

So at least my decision which Amp is good enough to feed my new ( for me) SDA2-B is the Accuphase E405.I bought it yesterday. What a great changing the sda2-b with the Accuphase and to weeks ago...

meanwhile I had a further call with ASR and had the luck to speak with the Boss ,mr. Schäfer. He told me that the ASR -Emitter
has a common ground. So as the Accuphase I like...

Perhaps my posting in this thread confused .But I read these other postings,and searching for an Amp fitting to the SDA...

It seems,that the SDS 2-B eats a lot of power.So I'm too looking for some better solution,than my old Technics 7700k.In spite of its relativ high powerconsumption of 560 Watts,it seems that it works...

Does anybody have a manual of the SDA 2-B.I would be glad if someone could send me a copy of the specifications.Also I would like to know,where I can get the sda -Compendium.
