Thanks again for the advice guys. Also, I'm located in Australia. The more exotic brands aren't as readily available as in the states and are more expensive too.

I've listened to a couple of Rotel amps and checked out a few Denon, Marantz and Yamaha's so far. I haven't decided on budget yet, but will be no more than $1500.
