Are the RTA 12C speakers magnetically shielded? I haven't noticed a problem with the tv yet but I want to be safe.

Anyone have any information on the RTA8TL model speakers. I can find some info on the 8T's.but not much on the TL's. What differences are there between the two besides the tweeter?

Is that the only place on the speaker with a serial number? The stickers in that location on my speakers are missing, but I have tags in the upper right corners.
