My HD-DVD player sends both audio formats (TrueHD and DTS-MA) just fine. Call me picky, but I like to see the audio format displayed on my receiver.

Nope, Blu-Ray built into the console. No additional cost. I think they may have a reasonable bundle for it as well. And I believe the cost is comparable to "player-only" players.
