The developers of the game made a statement about it.
They said you have to reset the 360, then hold the (A) button while you boot up the game.
I tried it and it worked perfectly.

Believe the hype. No big gamming sites have put there reviews up yet, but some of the reviewers have been saying on the forums that this game is incredible.
