So good I'd like to own it on Bluray. Far better movie than Valkyrie!
Wow! Those are really stunning. Great job!
My Mullard 12au7's arrived two days ago and sound great. Thanks
Congrats on the sale and to the new owner. Love my modded 1C's, your in for a treat!
Payment sent on the Mullard's. Thanks Russ.
I'll take the Mullard/Hammond 12au7's please if they are not spoken for.
Thanks,
Farrell
Thanks keiko. Doing a little reasearch and watching the auction now.
Thanks will look into them. Paging DoctorCilantro!:D PM sent.
Thanks everyone.
Will check with Doctorcilantro and see what he recomends. Anyone here have any experience with this particular preamp?
Help Please.
Picked up a Aric Audio 3.6 preamp awhile back which is my first venture into tubes. It came with some Baldwin 12au7 (Slyvania) I think which sounded ok. Purchased Some RCA...

I know it's a little late but............Is this unit still available? If so I am interested.
I'm a big fan as well. In HD and DD it's fantastic. Great way to try out new bands without shelling out for tickets.
Can't wait! GF and I have tickets to see BB King,Buddy Guy and Al Green at Ironstone Vineyards on August 20th.
She wanted to see another act but we decided due to their age we should see them in...
Wow! Great workmanship.
OK thanks. Didn't know if there was a dramatic difference in styles.
I was looking for a set for my RTA 15's as well but was unsure what model/shape to buy. Are the spikes supposed to penetrate the carpet and pad to the subfloor or just create a divit in the carpet....
Ben did the my SDA 1C x-overs and Zingo my RTA 15 TL's. Both did a great job and are good guys to deal with.
You won't believe the difference in sound quality when they are done!
Had a pair of these in cherry and they were the best sounding bookshelves I have owned. Good luck with the sale!
Another jazz suggestion - Miles Davis "Kind of Blue" 1997 Columbia Jazz label. Remastered on a Presto all tube 3 track machine. Great stuff!
Schurkey thanks you for the suggestion.
Was able to confirm through a local friend that this reading does indicate common ground. Testing it out with some of my favorite CD's now.
OHM meter reads 00.2 at the negative terminals with the amp plugged in but turned off. Am I correct in assuming that the amp is common ground and can be used with my SDA 1C'S?
Thanks for the info. I'll have to go pick up an ohm meter tomorrow. Anybody have any experience with one of these in the past?
Is there a obvious way to tell by looking inside?
