If you know Polk, you know these speakers. All are in excellent condition (9 of 10), have only been driven with distortion-free power, and come in their original packaging. Pictures attached.

Happy it worked out for you. That was my experience as well.

I knew that if I, with my 10 barely-functional thumbs, could manage the stylus swap, anyone else would find it a snap!

The swap out is very simple. The old stylus body pulls out from the cartridge and the new slips right in. I upgraded my 1012 to a 1042 the exact same way -- a significant improvement.
