4 sets of Incline Press
3 sets of Dumbell Fly
1 set of Cable Fly

Afternoon:
3 sets of Dips; 15 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps

You'll still need an amp/receiver for the center speaker and the satellites, and I'm not sure what type of sub came with the system.

We've got a 04' Highlander at home, 4WD. It has ample power, and there's plenty of space for a family of four...

I still fit in the 3rd seat for short rides, but don't expect a full grown adult to...

That Sansui weighs as much as I do, and outputs the same as my home stereo does into one channel... X2...
