I have read over and over in this forum that the LSI9's need a lot of power to perform well. What exactly is consider "a lot" of power in watts/ch? 100, 200, 300, 1000?

I know what I'm asking is subjective but generally speaking how would you rate amps by brand ,(major brands that is, parasound, adcom, emotiva, rotel, etc), from best to "worst".

I notice nobody has recommended the Emotivas. Are they not good amps?
