These have been on and off CL for quite some time. I have been watching them, but cant pull the trigger.

I think sealing the cabinet is good idea. The cabinets were designed to be sealed, so ensuring that they are sealed would not be venturing away from the intended design.

I am sure that converting it to PDF is not the issue.
