USPS does the same 108 inches total is the break off point where it takes a big price jump and can only be shipped via parcel select.

Within the state here it is usually cheaper to ship UPS or FedEx also but since everything that goes out of here to the lower 48 states via these companies goes by plane it is usually more expensive...

Not sure how heavy they are but I like to use R-Tek hard foam insulation found at any Home Depot Lowes or local lumber store for items 20 lbs and up. Here are some pics of a amp I just packed earlier...

That cabinet has got to be $150.00 or better of any ones money by itself and decent ones without a cab go for $300.00 or more on Ebay a great buy for someone.
