Yes my receiver has pure direct, and that is what I was using.

The whole set up is just not good for music, playing cd's on a BDP and less that steller BA CR-7 speakers with Subwoofer.

I had the Adcom recapped among other things about 6 months ago and then it started doing things...

I have the Adcom 545ii and it is in need of repair even though I had it recapped:frown:

My amp guy is going to go through the Adcom on Monday.
