I've listened again and am more than happy with it. I've got the Mastersound, the 2track 35dp4 and other early Japan and U.S. versions , all Redbook, and they all have their moments of brilliance but...

You'll enjoy it, has all the slam of the Mastersound cd and benefits from not getting
fatiguing ,on the top end, when played at higher volumes. (No loss of detail though)

Agreed, this version definitely sounds like you are there in the studio at times.
The guitar attack and sustain on some notes is much more realistic compared to the earlier SACD, if Mofi can do this...

That is too bad, it was one I was interested in. Though in the long run I'm sure there will be a few of the SHM sacds that don't meet expectations.
