IMO the 15TLs are a considerable step above the 11s in performance, especially with respect to the bottom end. $400 or lower is "jump at" pricing.

Won't know until after I've compared and contrasted the various sets of speakers. At some point though, several pairs of speakers will be available, as I need to fund all this experimentation as well...

It will be interesting to hear how this sounds when all is said and done.
