I just got my Polk Atrium 45s and will be installing them outside shortly. My question deals with the fact that I need a receiver with a very small footprint to power them because it will be located...
I have a pair of Rti4s and Csi3 with some R15s for surrounds that I use with my Onkyo 530 (from a htib system). It produces a pretty good sound but tends to be a bit bright at times. Does anyone...
I'm using the Rti4s with a Csi3 center...Onkyo 503/530 HTIB reciever. Would it make a big difference if I upgraded my reciever? Is it necessary? Thanks!
I'm a big fan of my Infocus SP4805...blacks are great!
I got my Rti4s setup with my Csi3 center and R15 surrounds...using an Onkyo HTR503/530. During some tv shows (just watched Two and a Half Men in HD) the dialogue seems to be accompanied by an...
I'm thinking about getting a Mirage Omni S8...only ~$200 and supposed to be way be way better than the Daytons...just my $.02:cool:
That is just the kind of answer I was looking for. Thanks for the help!
Hi guys, now that I've got my relatively new setup, I'm trying to determine if an amp would help out my sound. I know absolutely nothing about amps (what to get, where to get etc.).
I currently...
I'm a fan of monoprice.com, I got a great deal on a 50 ft component cable for my SP4805 projector. I don't think they have speaker wire yet, but the prices for other a/v cables are tough to beat. ...
It was pretty prevalent during the quiet dialogue scenese when we were watching Saving Private Ryan last night on TNTHD. It almsost sounded like it was raining in the movie (it was not) during all...
I haven't done anything different to my connections than when I had my previous speakers hooked up. I'm using the Onkyo 530 (503) receiver which is high current...sigh...
I just got my new Rti4s with a Csi3 center and R15 surrounds...watching some tv on them and it sounds like there is a constant hiss coming from all of the speakers. I didn't notice this when I had...
Should I bid on some Rti38s to match with my Csi3, or just try to find a good deal on some Rti4?
Has anyone ever seen the Rti4s ever go on sale either online somewhere (Outpost) or in a store? I would really like to get a pair of these, but would wait a little while if they might go on sale. ...
Has anyone ever done business with these guys? Prices look a little too good to be true...
I've been trying to get some for right around $200 incl. shipping...we'll see how that goes. Just got my R15s today!
I'm trying to find a good deal on some RTi4s to match up with my CSi3 (but having a hard time). How about the slightly older RTi38 bookshelves? Polk's website suggests matching them with a CSi30. ...
I'm looking for a pair of RTi4s to use as some nice front speakers. If anyone has a pair for sale, let me know. Thanks!
Oh the struggles of space constraints...since the Csi3 won't fit in my center tv stand, maybe I can get a shelf or something to put under the tv that is a little over 20" wide so I could fit a Csi3...
I am really starting to lean towards the RTi4s as they really seem like a good, quality speaker for the price. I'll just have to brainstorm a bit more about that center channel speaker...
3 pairs of the Rti4s would be out of my price range...that and I think using an Rti4 as a center would look a little strange in my rectangular opening ~19" wide X 12" tall. I think it still boils...
Thanks for the tips. It's not necessarily a money issue, but a space issue. The CSi3 is 20" wide (this is a big center speaker) and the opening I have in my entertainment unit is only 18" wide...
The CS1 seems to be just the right size...it looks like it is 18" wide. I guess the main question would be, is it going to work fine with the Rti4s or should I just stick with getting some R15s for...
Hi guys, after the responses I received from my last post, I think I'll be going with the Rti4s for my fronts with R15s as surrounds. I would like to get the CSi3 for center, but it's too big :(. ...
