Looks like I have a little bit of time.
Anyway,I have already done a hard reset. I've also disconnected everything from the receiver, including all electronics and speakers. I then started hooking...
Haven't had much time lately to check out my receiver, so busy with work. But I will post back later this evening. Thanks TECHNOKID.
Well that's unfortunate to hear. Looks like I may be on the sidelines for awhile...
Anybody have any suggestions? I spoke with Denon Tech Support but they could not provide me with much help. Suggested I bring the unit into a repair shop... I wonder what it might cost to fix and if...
Hey,
I've been having some trouble with my Denon AVR-2805 for the past week. Hopefully someone can help me troubleshoot it and maybe I just did something wrong.
Anyway, the receiver is not...
Yeah, I understood the same thing. So it's confirmed, unless someone else tells us otherwise.:)
Yeah, that's what I thought. Should have checked the manual sooner. Anyway, thanks guys. Guess I'll have to stick to an anolog input for Zone 2.
Hmm... I just flipped through the manual, looks like it says that digital output does not get sent to Zone 2... Maybe that's why it doesn't work... Then again, maybe I'm misreading it and have...
Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone here is using the zone 2 feature on their receiver. I'm using it on my Denon AVR-2805 and everything works great until I try to change the input to my digital...
Hey Alton, I'm just gonna sit tight for awhile. Thanks for the offer. No idea on the 5800 and its remote Neil.

Well, I just spoke with the seller. He measured it for me with an RCA on the rear, just over 20 inches. The cabinet I wanted to put it in in just under 20 inches deep, so, it won't fit anywhere......
Well, I've just discovered how large this unit is, depth to be more specific. Turns out, the unit is just under 20 inches deep, about 3 or 4 inches more than I anticipated. Because of its size, it...
Hmm... I can't seem to find an online manual for the 5600. Any body have a link? I searched AVS forum and Home Theater forum, but can't find anything.

I know tony, but you guys are just so resourceful :p.
And thanks conradicles for the instructions on how to do a system reset. It's appreciated.

I know you guys are saying, but I'll have to pick up a bluray player before I have to worry about that. Thinking about waiting till I upgrade or buy a new computer and then just use that as a bluray...
The seller will be dropping the unit off on monday, can't wait.:) This should be pretty interesting. Tony, what do you mean by way of analog inputs?
Jerry
Anyone know who do to a system reset on this unit?
Is that really all they are worth? Are they not as desireable a speaker as their smaller siblings?
I can pick one up for $225, what do you guys think? What would it be like compared to my current Denon AVR-2805?
Jerry
Hey,
Just wondering if anyone here is using a Denon AVR-5600. I know it's an older receiver and doesn't have many of the new features or audio formats found on today's units, but I'm guessing it...
There's the link if anyone is interested. He no longer has the CSi40 or the FXi50's in the picture... I do:) Anybody have any idea what they are worth? How much power would you need to run them...
Hey,
Just giving a heads up if anyone is interested in a pair of M12's in Plymouth, Michigan. I bought a CSi40 and a pair of FXi50's off the guy. He also had the M12's but I had no where to use or...
Well I guess I stole them. But the cabinets were a little rough, but all in all ok. Some of the finish was damaged on the center, and the bottom of the FXi50's were scratched pretty good, past the...
Well, spoke with the seller this morning, he has been extremly helpful. The speaker is packaged and ready to be sent back to him. All in all, things have worked out. He's a nice guy, so I'm...
Would $225 for both be considered a good deal?
