Very nice photo! I thought maybe you and your daughter would enjoy seeing how nice her photo looked after a little post processing using Lightroom 5.5
I did an 8lb. brisket. Smoked it over charcoal and hickory at 265 degrees for about 8 hours. Sides were baked beans and coleslaw.
