Weak argument, valid point and concerns which require action now. That's a fact.
Put me in line for the first pair. I'm warming my plastic card up as I type this. You can have mastercard, or visa. After 3 pairs of LSi9, LSi15, and an LSic, and current LSi9 lover... I gotta get me...
Warmth and the most dramatic differences will be noticed with different amps and preamps. Try some offerings from parasound, B&K, Carver, or Sunfire. All can be had at bargain prices if you're ok...
Interested in a Rotel RDV-1050?
Very cool. In if this is still open.
I have two airport express modules, one for each rig. Love 'em.
There is also a remote app for the iphone/ipod touch that allows you to control itunes wirelessly. I know you aren't using itunes,...
I can also hear a little "Heartbeats" by The Knife.
Almost sounds like a mashup of a few songs.
Sounds a lot like MGMT's "Time to Pretend"

A good start would be a used, Rotel, Parasound, Adcom, B&K, Carver, Sunfire, and so on.......

I've just discovered him. He's been on regular rotation at my place for about a month.
An intro to his newest album which is a bit of a modern eclectic stretch from his more traditional...
Actually, you double the power for every 3db. Using the LSi9 with it's 88db at 1m with 1 watt rating as an example, it would go something like this:
88db 1 watt
91db 2 watts
94db 4 watts
97db 8...

I'd love to hear your systems some time. Let me know next time you're going to check some shops around town or maybe give some folks an opportunity to listen to your rigs.
You're old RC-1082 is...
Political thread made it to 5 pages? WTF.
I never said either was better.
I'm just curious how the 0's and 1's are altered by the "conversion" to or from light. The signal is digital all the way through both types of cables, so I'm...
Enlighten me, please. How does the "conversion" from electrical impulses to light - and back - effect sound quality?
Not really, no.
