I've had my Echo for a couple years now. Never a problem starting, even when its hot.
Last time i was there i got married. 29years ago. I'm sure it has changed alot since then.
Mine were Stereophile speaker of the year in 2000. I don't know if they made it to "A" status.
I had an Oppo universal player a few years ago, forgot what number. It wouldn't work with my system. DVD-A and SACD in multichannel was fine but 2 channel SACD listening through my Musical Fidelity...
Thanks for the input. I like the Marantz and if it's built anything like the DV-9600 that I have, that's even better. I was toying with the idea of the HDMI switcher but I think I'm ready for a...
My Rotel RSP-1068 has served me well for many years, but it's time to get another pre that has HDMI. It's getting to be a pita swapping out HDMI cables between my dvd player, blu-ray, front...

I was just worried that 1/2 inch would put my tonearm too high. But after measuring the acrylic armboard that sits in the plinth, half inch is perfect and probably better damping than something...
Edit: looks like 1/2 inch would be the right size.
I'm going to be making another armboard for my VPI, and I think I'll be using Corian also. I have many scrap colors at my shop. I'm just worried that the 1/2 thickness would post a problem.
Oh yeah that's the ones. Thanks.
I just need the itty bitty female connector that fits on the back of the cartridge. I didn't see anything like that a needledoctor.
I'm looking for the metal leads that attach to the cart. One of mine broke and i was hoping to find one and cut the wire and attach a new lead. thanks
Been there. Once I was listening to ELP Karn evil number 9 in multichannel and fell asleep with my finger on the volume button. I had never heard music that loud before. It took a few seconds to get...

I like Jethro Tull's "Bursting Out". Vinyl 2 LP.
I have a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and ice maker, couldn't be happier. But I am seriously thinking about going with this...
Wow, the US really choked in the single matches.
We're going to Gatlinburg TN. Gotta see the Dixie Stampede:cheesygrin: Then some day hikes in the Smokies. Should be awesome.
Pink Floyd, Animals tour at Anahiem Stadium 1977 i think. Wow
Glad you caught the scumbags. It realy stinks that nothing is safe anymore. My wife bought a used baby monitor from the goodwill. I put it in my detached garage. That thing is so sensitive I can hear...
Glad you like the 9500. I've had the 9600 (basically the same) in my system for a couple of years now. Sweet player, and built solid with really smooth disc tray.
Cool, I'm in
So far, I've only listened to the 2 channel remix. Wow what a sonic improvement. And the bass extension is way better than the original. If the LP and 5.1 mixes are as good, it will be money well...
I've heard alot of good reviews about this set. And Aqualung is one of my favs, so I might as well pick it up. Really looking forward to the 5.1 mix. And having a new LP is nice too.
