The amp came and after listening to it for a couple days, I really love it... Better bass and smother highs with a lot of detail.

My 1C's are in a room with the ceiling at about 8ft I would guess, they sound fine.

Let us know what your measurements are but I think you will be fine as long as they are set up right.

I'm looking for one of these amps to power my modded 1C's. I am currently using an Adcom GFA 555 and its a fantastic amp but I feel the B&K would be a better match for my Pre, GFP-750.

I agree, I have both 1.2TL and 2.3 non TL in my family and they are quite good in their own way. I would pay $700 or a little more for a pair of 2.3's in good shape any day.

Honestly, one of those 2400 amps should run a pair of 12C's just fine by itself, not that more clean power would hurt any. I too would say no to the bridging idea...

Very nice looking pair of SDA's. I would personally drive a good ways for those in that shape and at that price...

this is true, I made that mistake once... make sure they have original packaging or at least original receipt. Someone else may know better on how to tell if its fake.

I bought mine here for $100 and would have no problem paying $125. Wish I had more of them....

Welcome to the forum. SDA 2A's were my first pair (although I grew up as a kid with 2.3's in the house) and they are a great speaker.
