Couple of budget two-channel rigs...

Featured here is just a simple little 2-Channel bedroom system that I pieced together over the past couple of months by basically hustling through a bunch of gear on my local Craigslist site until I landed with stuff that 1.) I liked, 2.) was in absolutely mint condition, and 3.) functioned flawlessly 110%. The key here is simplicity with flexibility for any possible future upgrades, hence the B&K preamp. Enjoy!

System #1: Here's what I chill out to. Total cost was $1,800

System #1: Rear shot of the stereo cabinet.

System #2: Here's the living room. Again it's another simple 2-Channel rig put together on a budget just like the bedroom one... this time consisting of B&W CDM-1SE speakers on Krell LAT-2 stands, a Denon AVP-8000 preamplifier, another Adcom GFA-555II amp, a Denon DVD-2500 player for movies and music, and a Furman PST-8 surge protector. Total cost was $1,000

System #2: View of the wiring job from behind. Cable television and wireless internet make for things to be a tad bit more complex than I'm normally accustomed to!
