That article is 3 years old...but still nice to see. Those that were fortunate to attend the 2008 Polkfest in Baltimore were able to experience everything shown in the photos first hand.

PF 2008 was a highlight that year for me personally.
"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Differentiation by numbers is for those who do not".--Nelson Pass

Absolutely! Those that did not attend missed out on a great event.
Definitely one of the highlights of that year for me as well.
That was a great time!

Ok yes im sorry its a couple years old. Is there any way to find out when polk will be replacing the Lsi series? Im thinking about upgrading but last time i did that was a with the rti 12's and then a few months later poof A series and my re sale value dropped out.
Reading this post just made me appreciate what I have a tad more. Those LSis lined up look freaking awesome, and the cut-away of the RTi12 is very cool. Wish I could actually go on the tour myself. Excellent post.

One of my favorite pictures is the one with Russ and Mark and Mark giving the salute! I'm gonna try to capture that, blow it up poster size and place it above my computer screen, it will make me smile when things get hairy!:D
Guys if you've never experienced Polkfest, I'm here to tell you that it can be a truely spiritual experience!:) It's amazing how well we get along when together!!!:)
Mini-meets are really great but Polkfest is just an amazing experience.
