Looks like a very nice pair of speakers -- I wouldn't mind test driving a pair of them.

I would not touch these for anywhere near his asking. The replacement crossover shown in the picture looks like it was built by Frankenstein himself and then run over by a truck that backed up and did it again just to make certain it was dead.

Price seems $2-300 too high. If they were local, I might take a look/listen. I'd ask questions about the crossover rebuild--What capacitors were used? They look like they might be Solens, which is not the generally preferred brand around here, especially in the tweeter circuit.

No way they are worth that price! Those crossovers look horrible and armature at best, they would probably have to re-do them just to get them to sound right. boxes and drivers look good though. $400 at the most.

those crossovers look like the thing that jumped out of the teleportation pod at the end of the FLY though.
