Default Hit by a tree... while driving!

This happened a month ago, but my dad finally sent the photo to me.

He was driving 40 miles an hour when a tree, fell on his car!
Tree was about 1 to 2 feet in diameter.

He walked away without a scratch but the car was totaled of course.

We figure... what... 1/10 of a second later and it would have been much worse?

Wow. Glad he was not hurt. 1/5 a second later it would have been behind the car and totally missed. You never know.
Yesterday here in Pittsburgh a tree fell on a couple riding a motorcycle!! The female passenger killed. The first news story said the tree fell on them, but this news link said they swerved to miss it. Trees suck.

"If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down?
We would, if they screamed all the time, for no apparent reason."
