She was also forbidden to wear pencil skirts, three-inch heels, or fitted business suits. Lorenzana, a 33-year-old single mom, pointed out female colleagues whose clothing was far more revealing than hers: "They said their body shapes were different from mine, and I drew too much attention," she says.

As Lorenzana's lawsuit puts it, her bosses told her that "as a result of the shape of her figure, such clothes were purportedly 'too distracting' for her male colleagues and supervisors to bear."

UGH! How friggin rediculous. The "male colleagues" should be fired for not keeping their minds out of the gutter and on their work for God's sake.

He's right. You don't even have to be gay to have this happen. Just don't put off the creepy, desperate vibe. Treat women like people too and they will adore being around you because they don't have to worry about being hit on, mentally undressed and objectified.

There's a fine line between appropriate and inappropriate behavior, of course, but this PC nonsense of trying to do away with even tastefully acknowledging a woman's good looks has to go. It has gotten to the point in some workplaces where friends have taken to almost completely ignoring their female coworkers.

There's not a woman I know who hasn't appreciated being told she looks beautiful. Yeah, if you're hitting on them all the time and constantly staring, that's inappropriate in the workplace.

This chick, while not ugly, isn't attractive to me in the least. Even if she was, how hard is it to be a professional? This story doesn't pass the smell test.

ProTip: If you are a woman that doesn't want to be ogled by men don't wear short skirts or have your cleavage hanging out of your shirt. :)
