    Default LSI15 warranty

    I have the paper from the delivery people (con-way) and some paper that comes with the speakers that has the serial # In case I need it for repair how do I show Polk the warranty ? I'm totally clueless

    Hello,
    Polk will ask you for a copy of a sales receipt from an authorized Polk Audio dealer.

    I bought it straight from PolkAudio online via phone and the only piece of paper I got is from Con-Way with invoice # my name, address, dates etc.

    If you bought it online from Polk, you should have some payment record. And, of course, they have a record of the transaction, too. Don't worry, you're covered. :)

    Ask Polk for an e-copy of your transaction--see if you can get one (print that out)? And make sure to REGISTER your serial numbers on this site with POLK for future reference. That should cover you!
