question about eclipse titanium subs

Are eclipse titanium subs really all they are hyped up to be? my friend has 2 brand new titanium 12's for $500 and im debating on whether to buy them or not does anybody have any advice and if so what kind of amp should be run with these subs?

Dude, I think that Eclipse subs are amazing...but that's just my opinion because I've listened to them before. Some people would prefer something else but I just love those eclipse subs. Get some more info on the subs and do a little research for yourself and try to come up with your own idea for an amp.

well they're great subs dude -- and while they are probably worth that much (actually more) -- i still woudlnt' like to pay that much for them -- then again i'm a cheap ass.

if u can find them for 175 EA then u're in great shape but that'll be rough... prolly lowest u can do is 225 ea.
