Thats just for the shower head. Imagine the final cost after all the tweaks.

Yeah, silver pipes instead of copper. High temperature thread sealing tape, titanium caulking and triple ozonated, ultra violate, reverse osmosis, double charcoal filtered distilled water for ultimate purity.

As long as I can get wet, lather up and rinse, then that's all I need. My 20.00 shower massage works fine and saves water. This product is awfully wasteful. Which is the gist of the article.

You guys that dismiss the benefits of pure granually oriented silver pipes and the vortex enhanced distribution of water molecules are just....just...well, you know

I actually have something similiar that comes out of the ceiling, that was roughly 500.00 here. It comes out of the ceiling, and is very nice. The idea is to create an outdoor rain like effect. It feels excellent in there. Worth the price of admission? Guess it depends on how well you like to enjoy showering. 5K is way to much for those.

Nothing more relaxing than getting shower head... Wait, what else would cost that much?

I think you guys are entirely missing the point. Just because you cannt FEEL the difference does not mean there isn't one. The silver pipes do far more than deliver water. The H2O that flows from them is sonically more pure than water that would flow from copper. This gives the user a bit more forward presentation that does a better job of "waking up" the senses. :D:D

I thought the spearker cable debate would have taught you guys to not speak on things you haven't tried:p;)...

This is one of my favorite shower heads, I recommend this one to many of my customers, and it's reasonably price too.
