    Default Your latest music buys

Since music is one of the main things that brought us all to this site, I decided it would be appropriate to dedicate a thread towards sharing the stuff that we've recently added to our music collection.

    I'll go first:

Alex De Grassi - Bolivian Blues Bar

    Thumbs up

Not exactly recently added (it's been over a year now) but a newer band I think worth listening to are Fleet Foxes. They actually employ melody in their songs and are very well written and performed, something not usually found in newer artists. I highly recommend a listen to them:

    And:

The band is Deerhunter, and the album is Microcastle, a 2-disk CD I purchased a couple of months ago. Sonically, I have not heard anything this good in a long while. I can only imagine what it sounds like on SDAs.

How is that Natalie Merchant Tigerlilly CD? I have almost bought it about 20 times, but wanted to hear it or have someone else tell me about it first. Pretty good CD and I love her voice.
